Did you meet your goals?
Yes i did meet my goals. Baiscally what my goals were is to be more responsible and learn more about what it takes to have a normal job, and how much effort you have to put in it. And also to finish this internship with a experience, and skills. And i think i did.
What are the most important things you’ve learned?
There are a lot of things that i have learned, but the most important thing is how to cimmunicate with professional adults. Especially where i was working. It's an Art company and everytime you meeting high level people, such as panelist, dance critics, so you have to have good commucination skills to communicate with them. And my mentor did a pretty good job teaching me that.
In what ways have your grown?
I feel like a grown woman. It might be funny to some people but ti's true. I learn things about myself that i didn't even realize i could do before. I feel more responsible and organize. I feel like i have more confidence and faith in myself.
What were the highlights of your internship experience?
If you can, describe a memorable moment or experience.
There are a few, but i mostly remember when i was talking with the dance critics on the phone. It was dufficult, but i learned.
What challenges did you overcome?
I am a shy girl, and my weakness is to speak with people, but while i was working in the Art council i feel more comfortable doing that.
What advice would you give a new intern at this site?
I'l tel them is to be very careful to the work that they giving you. They are really nice people. But if you make any mistake it will affect them. Just to be yourself, and be open to them.
What will you miss about your internship?
I will miss the exciting time we use to have. The events, the people there, and mostly working with them.
